Delicious traditional North-Norwegian summer-meal fresh pollock (saithe) - It tastes heavenly! Extremely rich in proteins, healthy brown fat and minerals! This particular meal was just a few hours from the fjord to the dinner table! Fresh as it gets ;o)
...and delicately prepared pollock liver - and NO! It's got nothing to do with horrid cod liver oil...!
